Atiku Abubakar’s petition against the election of President Muhammadu Buhari has been expelled completely.
The Presidential Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja has rejected the petition by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party testing the race of President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The court held, ahead of the pack judgment by Justice Mohammed Garba, which has been upheld by three of the five Justices of the council up until now, held that the petitioners neglected to demonstrate their case.
“This petition is in like manner, and thus rejected completely,” says Tribunal.
