JUST IN: Atiku wins INEC in court

The presidential appointive council that met in Abuja on Wednesday presented a solicitation put together by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, which tries to drop the solicitation of the Popular Democratic Party, PDP, and its presidential applicant in the 2019 general races, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar , for not joining the VP, Yemi Osinbajo.

The Court pronounced that the INEC’s allure was bumbling, since excluding the Vice President can’t make Atiku’s solicitation awkward.

Subsequently, the choice on the fundamental issue will proceed.

The strain is now well in front of the presidential court, which is currently bound to lead on the solicitation of Atiku and PDP looking to exclude President Muhammadu Buhari as the victor of the last presidential decisions.

A presidential appointment driven by Buhari’s head of staff, Abba Kyari, is now sitting in the court.

Some of them are the legislative head of the condition of the good countries, Simon Lalong, priest of equity and lawyer general of the alliance, Abubakar Malami, national leader of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole, pastors of works and lodging, Raji Fashola, clergyman of work and occupation, Chris Ngige, Minister of State, Delta of the Niger, Festus Kayamo, among others.

Atiku and PDP are the signatories of the request, while President Muhammadu Buhari, the congress held by Progressive and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, are met.
